Will The Ff7 Ps3 Tech Demo Become A Full Game?

does anybody think that squarenix and sony will actually remake FF7 for the ps3. i am hoping that they will, the tech demo they made looked awesome.

Hmm.. I don't know... Thats does look pretty awesome... but the best part about FF7 was the funny shaped arms... Oh well

yeah, the arms will be sorely missed, but the gfx in the demo are awesome. anybody seen the trailers for Advent Children?

Those wer enot graphics that was a pre-render job, CGI. Not actual gameplay. Anyone can make those with the right program.

well, if that is any example of how the ps3 graphics are going to look, i might actually buy one. especially if they do remake FF7 for it

wow the demo looks great, but i wonder.. will it have the same storyline? or are they gona modify it? coz you will know what will happen next.. kinda ruins the excitement. i think ff7 had the best storyline among all other ff series thats why it was so great, but if i'm just gona see the same old thing then i might just watch the movie

well, if they remade it, prolly would have the same storyline. they have done it before with FF3, FF5, and Chrono Trigger, which were all for SNES and redone for playstation. the problem with a new storyline would be the fact that there was not much of a plot to continue, other than the one being used in Advent Children. and if they did do that, it would probably follow the trend of other movie-based games and be plain old crap. and that would be an insult to the FF7 name.

yeah i doubt they would continue the storyline, and seeing the way the demo goes, looks similar to the original ps ff7 intro so its most likely a remake. its still cool though

well, dont get your hopes up yet. it was only a tech demo to show how uber the graphics are going to be on the PS3

today's kids....you know nothing of good final fantasy games. the originals for the nes and snes were the better ones in my opinion.

and i don't care what anyone says, but you can not get any better then the original Final Fantasy for NES.

also i highly doubt it will look like that on the ps3. that is just pretty CG animation just like Advent Children trailers. also, i don't think that FF7 needs a revamp with better graphics. they were fine just the way they were. also that chick they used for Aeris in the trailer for the tech demo just doesn't fit the part.

lol... I beat it many years ago! My favorite part was fighting the sharks when you were in the boat

hehe, sharks were much better then the sahags. me and my friend ted used to have a anaghram for that monster. LOL
