I voted for VB 6.0, cause i have the Enterprise version of that, pretty good, if only i was good at VB lol, i only know the extreme basics.

I like both, but if I had to choose, I would choose .net. They're hard to compare, since they are practically different languages. There's a lot of differences between them. The thing I like the most about .net is inheritance/overloading, which vb 6.0 can't do.
I took a stab at .net but it didn't go well.
