But why would you want to? shouldn't posts at a technology forum be an indirect measure of tech knowledge and how long they've been at the forum? People with more posts usually have useful things to say, and don't just buy their posts. People normally look at other posters with high post counts and expect them to know what they are talking about and know the rules of the forum.

Well... Danny was able to get in on some con-*test*-('")s, and make some bucks other ways... so he did buy his way into being a VIP, but thats part of the reason of having con-*test*-('") with the LB$ is to attract more members, and get them interested - and hopefully keep them active!
